The Stars and Stripes Festival and Parade is a parade and craft fair held annually in Lyndonville, VT.  Northeast Kingdom (NEK) MRC plans to in providing preparedness information, Stop the Bleed Training, NARCAN / NALOXONE training and recruiting more MRC volunteers.
